Hi everyone, my name is Annie Muniz, and I’m the owner and lead designer of Modern Chic & Unique Events based right here in Lakeland, Florida. With over 28 years of experience in the event planning industry, I’ve had the honor of transforming dreams into unforgettable celebrations—from New York to Florida and beyond.

My love for event planning started early. What began as a passion for creating beautiful spaces quickly turned into a lifelong career. Alongside my husband, Joe—who is the builder behind all of my wild ideas—we’ve created a dynamic duo that brings design, structure, and heart to every event.
